Paying for Your Order

You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa® MasterCard® AMEX and Paypal.  If paying by check, money order or cashier's check Posh Multimedia will approve the order upon clearance of the check, cashier’s check or money order. After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, such as a valid method of payment or valid shipping address. Your credit card or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your "payment device" (such as your credit card or debit card) will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Validating Your Order After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your "payment device" (such as your credit card or debit card) will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card. Payment devices are not charged for your order until we ship our goods by delivering them to the carrier (and you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.


Shipping Policy
We ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Allow 7-10 business days to receive item. Shipping costs and insurance will be calculated and sent to the buyer upon request.

Return Policy

In the rare event your item is damaged in shipping you will receive a replacement or refund. To obtain authorization to return an item or credit or replacement, simply e-mail us within 14 days of receipt of purchase.  Please include if this is an exchange, a return, or the reason for returning the item.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to comply for our return policy.
A.Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
B.Merchandise, merchandise packaging and inner pack must be free of all markings.  In no
           way are they to have been defaced or damaged.
C.Buyer must request “return authorization” within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
D.Shipping charges to return the product are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded to the customer.

  Any non-personalized item(s) may be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt as long as the item has not been used. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for all returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Posh Multimedia reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise without a valid RA# or with visible usage.

We will notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional coupon, you will not be refunded for the amount of the coupon, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
